1. DATA CONTROLLER

2. TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSES

This website does not use contact forms or information request forms. The personal data processed are:

  • Data provided voluntarily: The optional and voluntary sending of emails or interaction via social/messaging links (e.g., WhatsApp) entails the acquisition of the sender’s address/number to respond to requests.

    • Purpose: Management of communications relating to room bookings and information on events hosted within the SALVATICO accommodation.

    • Legal basis: Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

  • Navigation and statistical data (Tracking): The computer systems and third-party services (Google Analytics) acquire navigation data (e.g., IP addresses, browser type, behaviour on the site).

    • Purpose: Statistical analysis to understand how visitors interact with the website and to improve its performance.

    • Legal basis: User consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), provided via the cookie banner.

3. DATA TRANSFER, RETENTION AND RECIPIENTS

Voluntarily provided data will be retained for the time strictly necessary to manage requests. Data will not be transferred to third parties, sold, or disseminated.
Statistical data collected via Google Analytics are transmitted to and stored on Google’s servers (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC). Data transfers outside the EU occur in compliance with the GDPR and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
